Day 48: Jewel Cay, Honduras to Utila, Honduras

John, Sarah's boyfriend took us on our fun dives, no class just drop in and enjoy.

We are now done with our first round of diving, maybe to return soon. Packing up our backpacks I am sad to leave not only the ocean but to leave the small Cay we called our home for a while. On the boat ride back to Utila we enjoyed the swells, riding up them and down the other side only to plow into the next swell.

It was true culture shock to be back on the "mainland" of Utila, there are a few cars and motorcycles here, lots of people and restaurants that are crowded. I can't imagine getting back to the real mainland and continuing our trip. I like it out here on the islands, there is a feeling of peace and relaxation that I don't feel most places in the world. Back at seaside hotel we enjoyed a nice sleep after going to dinner with two other people who dived with our dive shop.
